“Jeremy Broughton was the obvious choice for my husband’s funeral. Having died in the prime of his life and being a very popular local figure, his funeral was a large event and very sombre.

Jeremy was able to imbibe the proceedings with the gravitas I required but also injected the perfect amount of wry humour where appropriate, to really embody the character of my husband and evoke his presence in the room. My children found his words to be well chosen and very comforting.

He was able to make a huge venue feel intimate, and his deep resonant voice added to the very musical theme of the service. 

Prior to the funeral Jeremy took great care to understand exactly what I visualised in terms of the shape of the service, which at my husband’s insistence was a purely secular one. He infused the service with a dignity and grandeur I would associate with an ecclesiastical occasion which was exactly what I was after, and I think my husband would have approved”.

“Jeremy was the celebrant at my father-in-law’s funeral, when I was asked for a recommendation for the funeral of a friend of my dad, I knew exactly who to suggest.
