As your Master of Ceremonies, I coordinate your wedding, removing from you the burden of orchestrating suppliers and ensuring guests are at the right place and time. Beyond collaborating with other wedding professionals, I provide invaluable support to you, the happy couple, and members of the wedding party, each with their unique roles to fulfil.

We will closely collaborate in the initial phases of wedding preparation long before your big day. Sharing your wedding day details, outlining the proposed schedule and agreeing a timetable together. I will offer advice on protocol, etiquette and even speech writing and play a pivotal role in shaping the flow of events on the actual day.

How It Works

Planning

Around a month before your wedding, I will arrange a face-to-face meeting to discuss your wedding day, preferably at the reception venue. During our meeting, we will go through the entire day to ensure that I fully understand all your requirements. If you wish, I am here to provide help and guidance, but please know that the extent of my involvement is entirely your decision.

On the Day

On your wedding day, I will arrive at the venue ahead of time to ensure that everything is in order. I’ll check essential details like seating plans, place cards, and the gift table. Additionally, I can assist in coordinating other suppliers who are setting up to ensure they complete their preparations before your wedding guests arrive. I’ll also work closely with the venue staff to ensure the smooth execution of your planned timings.

In the weeks leading up to your wedding, please feel free to maintain as much email or telephone contact with me as you need. It’s important to keep me informed of any changes to your requirements so that I can provide you with the best possible service.

Your Assistant

Once your wedding ceremony begins I will be by your side, assisting the photographer in organising group photos. However, during the wedding breakfast or dinner, my role becomes especially significant. I will have the honour of escorting you into the room, announcing guests, introducing speakers, overseeing the cake-cutting ceremony, and formally concluding the proceedings.
